Application Requirements

To be considered for admission to Immerse Education, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Completed online application form. The application form requires detailed personal information, academic history, and your chosen program of study. Ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Official transcripts from all previously attended secondary and post-secondary institutions. Transcripts must be sent directly from the issuing institution to Immerse Education.
• A personal essay outlining your academic and professional goals, why you are interested in Immerse Education, and how you believe our programs will help you achieve your aspirations. The essay should be well-written, concise, and demonstrate your critical thinking skills.
• Two letters of recommendation from teachers, professors, or employers who can attest to your academic abilities, work ethic, and character. Recommenders should submit their letters directly to Immerse Education.
• Proof of English language proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent) for international students whose native language is not English. Minimum scores may vary depending on the program. Please see the detailed program pages for specific requirements.
• A non-refundable application fee of $75 USD. The application fee helps cover the costs associated with processing applications. Fee waivers may be available for applicants who demonstrate financial need.
• A portfolio of work (for certain programs, such as design or creative writing). The portfolio should showcase your best work and demonstrate your skills and creativity in your chosen field.

Application Process

Our streamlined application process ensures a fair and efficient review of all candidates. Follow these steps to complete your application:

1. Create an Account: Visit our online application portal and create a user account. You will use this account to track your application progress and receive important updates.
2. Complete the Application Form: Fill out all required sections of the application form, providing accurate and detailed information about your academic background, personal experiences, and program interests.
3. Upload Supporting Documents: Upload digital copies of all required documents, including transcripts, letters of recommendation, personal essay, and proof of English language proficiency.
4. Pay the Application Fee: Submit the non-refundable application fee through our secure online payment system.
5. Submit Your Application: Once you have completed all steps and reviewed your application for accuracy, submit it electronically.
6. Track Your Application: Monitor your application status through your online account. You will receive notifications regarding any missing documents or required actions.
7. Await a Decision: Our admissions committee will carefully review your application and notify you of the decision within 4-6 weeks.
