Campus Activities

Immerse Education offers a wide range of campus activities to help you connect with fellow students, explore your interests, and make lasting memories. Our Student Activities Board (SAB) organizes events throughout the year, including:

• Welcome Week: A series of events to help new students get acquainted with the campus and each other.
• Cultural Festivals: Celebrations of the diverse cultures represented in our student body, featuring food, music, and performances. Past festivals have included Diwali celebrations, a Lunar New Year festival, and a Latin American cultural showcase.
• Concerts and Performances: Featuring both student and professional artists, covering a variety of genres. Recent highlights include a performance by the student orchestra and a concert by indie band "Lunar Echoes".
• Sports Tournaments: Intramural sports leagues and tournaments for students of all skill levels, including basketball, volleyball, and soccer. Our annual "Founder's Cup" basketball tournament is a highlight.
• Movie Nights: Outdoor movie screenings on the campus quad, complete with popcorn and blankets.
• Guest Speaker Series: Lectures and presentations by prominent figures in various fields. Last semester, we hosted Dr. Anya Sharma, a leading researcher in AI ethics.
• Volunteer Opportunities: Opportunities to give back to the local community through various volunteer projects, such as tutoring at local schools and volunteering at the city food bank.

Student Clubs and Organizations

Joining a club or organization is a great way to pursue your passions, develop leadership skills, and build connections with like-minded individuals. Immerse Education boasts a diverse range of student-led clubs and organizations, including:

• Academic Clubs: Such as the Math Club, the Debate Society, the Computer Science Club, the History Association, and the Biology Society. These clubs offer opportunities to deepen your knowledge in your chosen field, participate in competitions, and network with faculty and professionals.
• Cultural Clubs: Celebrating the diversity of our student body, including the African Student Association, the Asian Student Alliance, the Latin American Student Organization, and the European Cultural Society.
• Sports Clubs: Ranging from recreational to competitive, including the Hiking Club, the Rock Climbing Club, the Cycling Club, and the Ultimate Frisbee Team.
• Arts and Music Clubs: Such as the Photography Club, the Drama Club, the Choir, the Orchestra, and the A Cappella Group.
• Service and Activism Clubs: Dedicated to making a positive impact on the community and the world, including the Environmental Action Club, the Amnesty International Chapter, and the Habitat for Humanity Chapter.

Housing

Immerse Education provides comfortable and convenient on-campus housing options for students. Our residence halls offer a safe and supportive living environment, with resident advisors (RAs) available to provide guidance and support.

Housing options include:

• Traditional Residence Halls: Double and triple rooms with shared bathrooms and common areas.
• Suite-Style Apartments: Four-person suites with private bedrooms, a shared living room, and a bathroom.
• Apartment-Style Housing: For upperclassmen, offering more independent living with full kitchens and private bathrooms.

All residence halls are equipped with:

• 24/7 security

Dining

Immerse Education offers a variety of dining options to satisfy every palate. Our main dining hall, "The Refectory," features all-you-can-eat meals with a rotating menu of international cuisines, vegetarian options, and made-to-order stations.

Other dining options include:

• The Campus Cafe: Serving coffee, pastries, sandwiches, and salads.
• The Grill: Offering burgers, fries, and other classic American fare.
• The Pizzeria: Featuring a variety of pizzas and pasta dishes.
• The Smoothie Bar: Providing healthy and refreshing smoothies and juices.
